The conference takes place over two days in different rooms. This page is meant to help you navigate the Hélène-Desmarais Building at HEC Montréal, so you feel supported throughout your conference experience.

Building entrances

The Hélène-Desmarais Building has several entrances:

• Carmelle and Rémi-Marcoux Entrance (main entrance), on Rue De la Gauchetière Ouest — accessible with an automatic door opener button
• Underground parking entrance, on Rue De la Gauchetière Ouest — indoor access with an automatic door opener button; 3 reserved spaces near the elevator (P1)
• Famille Waechter Entrance, on Beaver Hall Hill, in front of the Square-Victoria–OACI metro access point
• Famille Karim Entrance, at the pedestrian passage level from Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest — door opener button; long outdoor pedestrian walkway

Getting there

• Metro: Square-Victoria–OACI — follow the HEC Montréal signs and walk through the corridor to the exit. The Famille Waechter entrance is directly across the street via the pedestrian crossing.
• Bus: line 150.
• Bike: indoor and outdoor bike racks, plus nearby BIXI stations (see the BIXI app).
• Car: parking access on Rue De la Gauchetière Ouest; EV charging stations available.
